That members of your Organization use as a signature.) Founded: (When was the Organization created, answer this by years.) Ended: (When did this Organization fall, or break apart? Normally it would'nt start broken up... So, simply label this N/a) Requirements: (These are the Requirements for Members who want to become apart of the Organization. Normally this would state Specialties, or what kind of person you'd want in your Organization, information related to that, ect...) Rules: (Label the Rules of your Organization here, these Rules must be the Rules which apply to all Members of your Organization, also, you can label the Punishment next to the Rule if it's broken. The Punishment-labeling is optional, and this only abides to those Organization's with Rules.) Ranking System: (The Ranking System for your Organization. Simply list the Rank Title, and describe the Title's meaning.) Members(List your Members beneath the Members section of this Application, or PM Staff Members to do so.
