H.U.N.T.E.R (Hybrid Utilization Network of Trained Edict Regulators) is a secret Military organization that is run by General Charles Rage who was given permission to form the group when the Hybrid Elimination Act was passed. The organizations sole purpose is bent on the complete annihilation of all gifted beings (HYBRIDS). They give all HYBRIDS one choice when they catch them 'Join our cause or die'. Every soldier in Hunter is given a special piece of Military issued armor made of a material known as Hydrolite which enables the soldiers to take more damage and resist attacks than that of an ordinary United States Soldier. They also carry special Military issued weapons that fire out plasma fused bullets that can deal out more damage than ordinary bullets.
