Charles Rage

Charles Rage is a five star General in the United States Military he is well respected by the Government and the people and has all the right connections. However, what people do not realize is Rage's great disgust towards HYBRIDS this is because he keeps this to himself and covers up his more darker personality. Rage has been caught once by a close associate saying that if he could eliminate all of those abominations he would do so in a heartbeat. Charles Rage is the head of H.U.N.T.E.R and is more ruthless than ever. Rage is secretly capturing HYBRIDS and trading them in for loads of money in return that they be conducted in illegal experiments. HYBRIDS that joined H.U.N.T.E.R aren't given special treatment it's more like a forced slavery. Charles Rage is overall a cold, calculating individual that's bent on the destruction of all HYBRIDS.
